    Johan holds an Actuarial Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

     With over 25 years in the loyalty industry, Johan has built a wealth of experience in consumer marketing, specializing in Customer Loyalty Management and Database Marketing.

    ​He has worked across a range of industries, including oil and gas, banking, telecoms, and airlines, helping businesses design and implement loyalty strategies that deliver measurable results and foster customer retention.

Adam bin Mohd Jamil

  • Head of Operations

    With a degree in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin, Ireland, Adam has dedicated his career to the loyalty industry from day one.

    As Head of Operations at SimplifiJohan Sdn. Bhd., he brings a wealth of experience in loyalty program design and CRM implementation. Adam is an expert in Violet 6.0, our in-house Loyalty Management System, having led the IT team in its development and continuous improvement. His comprehensive knowledge of the system, coupled with his strategic vision, ensures SimplifiJohan delivers impactful, customer-centric loyalty solutions.
